Some defects found and suggestions

Defects:
1) Sometimes, I cannot hear the voice during vedio calls with my kids, but image is okay.
2) I cannot locate my kids via myFirst Circle very often, I have to restart the phone watch remotely everytime when it works poorly.

Suggestions:
1) If there is a delete button in the class mode would make it better, I can add classes but can't delete, so there is a long list now.
2) In myFirst Circle, it links with google map, is it possible to link up with street view as well?

Not a very pleasant experience

Purchased the product on 24/11, arrived on Sunday, which is amazingly fast.
However, to our disappointment, we found a crack at the side of the watch. It took a long time getting connected to customer service (non-AI) and finally got an exchange. I need to ask for updates every two days and until today (Dec 9, 2023) we finally received the replacement. To be honest, it really is not a good experience. It is expected if the QC and the immediacy of customer service could be improved. Plus, the binding process is also too complicated. The manual is not clear enough. The apps of myFirst fone and myFirst Circle are too confusing. Overall, with all the hassles, I would think twice if I'll do another purchase of myFirst product.

Perfect choice

After reviewing all the watchphones out there I picked this one. The main reason is because you can't download apps into the watch and kids don't have access to internet, nor games.
So far is the only one that gave me peace of mind.

Good purchase

The myFirst Fone R1s has been a game-changer in terms of communication between my children and their friends. They love using the watchphones as walkie-talkies, calling each other and coordinating their playtime. It's like having a real walkie-talkie experience on their wrists!

The videocalls on the myFirst Fone R1s have truly changed the game for my child's communication. They can effortlessly connect with family and friends, no matter the distance. It's amazing to see their faces light up as they interact and share experiences virtually. It's a wonderful way to foster those important relationships in today's digital world.
