I couldn't believe it worked without wifi but sure as he'll, we had to order another one for the other kid. You need tiny fingers to navigate and if the kid doesn't read they can pick contact by picture, e.g. mom, dad, sister. Negative is it is NOT waterproof. So...we'll see

As a parent, I’m always looking for ways to keep in touch with my child without giving them a full-fledged smartphone just yet. This watch has honestly been perfect! The 4G video calling is so reliable, and the quality is excellent – no lag or drop in connection even when they’re outside. My child feels grown-up having their own way to call me, and it’s comforting to know they can reach out whenever they need. It’s given us both a sense of security, and the watch itself is comfortable and easy for them to wear all day.

Excellent idea, but facing challenges with the app interface and speed. Data connection becomes lost but works well on WiFi.
Nice and fun but not reliable for always on contact with children.

The GPS on this watch is one of its best features. I can check my child’s location anytime, and I’ve set up safe zones around their school and our neighborhood. The first time I got an alert when they left the area, I was so impressed with the accuracy! It’s honestly such a relief to have that notification, so I know they’re safe but can still enjoy being out and about. The added feature of seeing their real-time location makes it all the better for parents who want to stay updated on their child’s whereabouts.

Class Mode has been an absolute lifesaver for us. My child’s school doesn’t allow phones in the classroom, and I was worried the watch would be a distraction. With Class Mode, I can disable all non-essential features during school hours, so it’s not even tempting for them to use it. It lets them stay focused on their schoolwork but keeps the emergency features active. I really appreciate the balance this watch offers; it’s like giving my child freedom without compromising on their education.
